He has constantly recommended high quality products that suit the purpose and the clean interior of the apartment without being too "tekkie" or pushy.
We have now fitted a remote access facility that allows Giles and his team to diagnose and upgrade the system from their office, the perfect solution as Gregor and his partner are away from home a lot we often do not have time to wait for an engineer to visit if the Sky box has failed.
